We believe that a good, respectful and long-lasting relationship depends on clarity and consistency. To help your next dental appointment go as pleasantly and predictably as possible, here is an overview of our office policies. Please call us at (403) 253-0277 with any questions you may have.
Appointment reminders and cancellations
Please understand that it is ultimately your responsibility to keep track of your dental appointments. As a courtesy, we send hygiene reminders a few weeks before a requested appointment, and we make confirmation calls or send emails two weeks before hygiene appointments. We also send a courtesy reminder the day before every appointment. Although we make every effort to contact you before each appointment, it is ultimately your responsibility to attend unless you have made other arrangements with our office in advance.
Because of continuous high demand for prime appointment times, we ask for a minimum of 2 business days’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We value your time and do not double-book our patients, so your appointment is time the dentist has set aside especially for you.
Our goal is always to give you a pleasant experience, to serve you as well as we can, and to help you look after your dental health and overall well-being.
