Where is the parking located at Heritage Dental Centre?

There is ample free parking on site.

Are you currently accepting new patients?

Yes. We accept new patients and whole families, and no referral is needed. To book a new patient consultation, call our office at (403) 253-0277.

Do you accept children as patients?

Yes. We welcome children of all ages. Our team works to keep the clinic relaxed and family-focused, so that our youngest patients feel comfortable during their visits.

Do you bill my insurance company directly for my visit?

In most cases, yes. We offer direct billing, also known as assignment of benefits: we file your claim electronically and you pay only the portion your plan does not cover. A few insurers do not allow direct billing. For those, we still send the claim on your behalf, and you pay at your visit and are reimbursed by your insurer.

Does Heritage Dental Centre take all insurance policies? Do you bill insurance directly?

We accept all insurance plans. Most insurers let us bill them directly; for the few that do not, we send the claim for you, you pay upfront, and your insurer reimburses you.
