We Offer Direct Insurance Billing
We provide personalized, quality dental services at affordable prices, and we follow the most up to date Alberta Fee Guide for all our dental services. We understand that paying for dental treatment can be stressful, especially when costs are high. If you have insurance benefits to help with the cost of your dental care, we will help you navigate your coverage so you can make the most of the benefits available to you.
Our team will help you understand your insurance plan so you can make good use of your coverage. To keep your claims accurate, please bring your most up-to-date insurance information to your appointment. Dental insurance is complex, and while we cannot know every detail, limit or exclusion of all the plans we deal with, we will do our best to help you understand and navigate your coverage.
We aim to provide a high standard of dental care at a fair price. Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the costs of your dental care. Not all dental plans are the same, and not all treatments are eligible or fully reimbursable. Insurance companies can also make it difficult for the dental provider to get extended information. It is therefore important to remember that it is ultimately your responsibility to understand what your individual plan allows.
Please note that the treatment we recommend will always be based on your dental needs, regardless of the nature and extent of your dental plan coverage.
We offer direct billing (also called “assignment of benefits”). Our administrative team will submit your insurance claim electronically to your insurance company on your behalf and accept their payment directly to our office, so you only pay the difference your plan does not cover. A few insurance companies do not allow direct billing. In those cases we still send the claim on your behalf, and you pay for your visit upfront and are reimbursed by your insurance company.
Please note that despite our efforts, due to Canadian privacy law, we have limited access to specific information from your dental insurance company about your plan. It is your responsibility to know the parameters of your dental coverage plan and to give our office accurate, current insurance information.
